Governance, Performance, Macroeconomics And Financial Stability: Comparative Study On Indonesia And Malaysia Listed BanksAbstract This research investigates the impact of governance mechanisms, bank performance and macroeconomic variables on the financial stability of Indonesia and Malaysia listed banks. Real business-cycle theoryReal business-cycle theory is a class of new classical macroeconomics models in which business-cycle fluctuations are accounted for by real, in contrast to nominal, shocks. RBC theory sees business cycle fluctuations as the efficient response to exogenous changes in the real economic environment. That is, the level of national output necessarily maximizes expected utility.
